Hayley remains admitted as an attorney in New York, USA. Hayley is the Queensland Law Society representative to the Attorney General’s Appeals Costs Board. She is regularly appointed as senior mediator for the Supreme Court Pro Bono Mediation Scheme for self-represented litigants. She is a member of Institute of Patent and Trade Marks Attorneys (IPTA).
