After having been invited to contribute to Legalwise as industry experts, we are pleased to announce our first article was published by Legalwise today. Titled “IP Australia and Aboriginal Cultural Authority – what is the current status?“, the article details where we are at with regard to implementation of a system for obtaining consent prior to registration of Aboriginal language words, or figurative representations of Aboriginal art or stories as trade marks.
