NETFLIX has an Australian trade mark registration for “essential oils… cosmetics…suntan lotion…bubble bath”? Would you buy NETFLIX brand lipstick, or mascara, or nail polish, or shampoo, or deodorant? They seem to think you might, and have registered the brand name for those goods in preparation for selling them to you. They are a “direct to consumer proposition”, meaning they have direct access to your lounge room, which they currently use to provide entertainment content to you but will perhaps in the near future use to provide other goods and services to you.
